Maybelline BB Cream First Impression

Hope you will find my first impression / review on the new Maybelline BB Cream to be helpful.
I was "inspired," I guess, from watching a first impression video by "itsjudytime" about this BB Cream and it made her really oily. BTW, she does have oily skin. I wanted to test this out and see if it has the same effect as it had on "itsjudytime," and I found out that it makes my skin glow rather than be oily, since I do have dry skin. I would say this BB Cream lasts up to about 6 hours.

Here is a pic of the BB Cream in shade Medium

10 QUESTIONS TAG

TAG! YOU'RE IT!!!!

1. How did you come up with your YouTube username / blogger name?

Answer: Ok, so I'm making it clear that my YouTube name is artistgurl and my blogger name is cpickl3. I came up with "artistgurl" back then before I made videos because I was an artist. I say was because I used to be very artistic and I would always be drawing. But, now I've kind of grown out of that habit and switched to makeup, which is part of my artistic being, but not entirely. It's one of the things that I find interesting as well as fashion. As for "cpickl3" the "c" stands for "Cornichon," which means pickle in French and also happens to be my French name from high school, and "pickl3" is Pickle, my nickname. I got this nickname from friends because it explains my attitude: sweet and sour, the good and bad, the nice and mean. Everyone has two sides to themselves.

2. What would you do with $1 million dollars?

Honestly, I would use it to pay my credit card bills! After that, I would buy myself a car so I can actually get around and also a house that has plenty of rooms for my huge family. As much as my family members get on my nerves...I want us to be together. Of course, I want the house to be divided into sections almost like an apartment building so that I can get away from my mom's rants. Hehe! Then, when this is done...I can finally go on a shopping spree...LOL!

3. When are you happiest?

I can't really say. Hmmm...when I'm eating great food, when I'm with my family/my boyfriend, etc. There's a lot of things...too many!

4. What was your most embarrassing moment?

Here's one: I was at work and I just finished going to the bathroom. BTW, I didn't go poop. I'm the type of person to lay toilet paper of the seat on the toilet to avoid germs. Yeah, I'm a germaphobe. So, after doing my business I left the bathroom and walked into the backroom of my workplace and started to work. After several minutes I noticed that I kept stepping on something and that something was the toilet paper from covering the seat. Great!!!! NOT! Hopefully, no one saw that because they probably thought I took a crap and dragged toilet paper with me. :(

5. What is your favorite thing about yourself?

My chinky eyes. They're so small and chinky that it makes them beautiful :)

6. Who do you want your picture taken with?

I don't know. I want more pictures with my boyfriend since he keeps avoiding pictures! (What? INSIDIOUS!!!! JK) Hm...I think I would love to take a picture with Chris Evans, the Thor actor ( I forgot his name!!!! ), and Edward Cullen...nah jk about EC. The other guys I would take a pic with because THEY'RE HOT!!!! As for girls...IDK all girls are nice to take pics with :)

7. What's your dream job?

IDK. I don't have a dream job. I just know that I want a job that I'll be happy with and will want to do that for the rest of my life without any regrets.

8. Name one thing you cannot live without.

Internet. It makes school easier and less work and depression and suicide. haha I'm kidding about the suicide part. That sums it up though: internet.

9. What is your dream car?

I'm not a car person, but right now I'm thinking a Mazda Speed3

10. What's a lesson you've learned in life?

The Golden Rule is shit! "Treat others as you would want to be treated."
I've done this everyday in the past and I got stepped on, taken advantage of, and mistreated. This is only good for kids at a very, VERY young age. People just don't care anymore how they treat you. It's the ugly truth, yo!

August Chicago Trip

Last weekend, I happened to go to Chicago, IL, for a little vacation.
Over there, I planned to
1) touch The Bean in Millenium Park
2) Go through all 5 attractions in the CITY PASS
[ failed...I only went to 4 :( ]
3) walk downtown
4) eat out A LOT
5) HAVE FUN
I did have fun. It was a great experience. I've been there plenty of times, but I've never had the time to look around nor enjoy my time in Chicago. I wanted to see the attractions in Chicago like The Bean, Chinatown, etc., although I HATE Chicago traffic whether I'm walking or driving. It was a bitch! Anyway, it was a great vacation even if there were some arguments, some pouting, and some group ditching :)
I <3 Thai food! Of course! This is Pad Kee Mao, my favorite dish of all time!!!! I couldn't resist NOT ordering it! So, the first place my family and BF stopped at was a Thai restaurant.
The hotel I stayed at was called Aloft Chicago O'Hare...and let me say it is uber cool. It's very trendy and hip and more based on a younger crowd, I should say. There's a bar area, pool table, and a whole bunch of hangout areas along with board games. Below are some pictures of the hotel and of the rest of my trip.
